Renovations and three-story, 36,000-square-foot addition to existing 68,000-square-foot facility
Project includes 43 Assisted Living beds designed as one and two-bedroom apartments and the addition of 8 new Assisted Living units in original building
Significant upgrades made to mechanical and electrical systems serving existing facility, future addition and new construction without disturbing current residents
