Project Details:

Renovation to existing 86,000 square-foot, eight story facility.
Project includes renovation of 94 Independent Living apartments and common areas including comfortable lounges, an exercise area, an outdoor patio for seasonal dining and other signature high standard amenities.
Significant upgrades made to mechanical and electrical systems serving the existing facility along with phased construction planning to facilitate the construction with no disturbance to existing residents.
