Project Details:

4New Build -110,000 square-foot, five storyRehabilitation and Skilled Nursing facility.
Project includes 76 specialized rehabilitation beds, 42 Alzheimer’s secure beds, and 42 long-term care beds, each on specially designed nursing units.
Project also includes two state of the art rehabilitation gyms, designated dining rooms on each floor, an on-site beauty barber parlor, numerous lounge and activity areas, as well as “green roof” outdoor deck areas.
