- 53 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units for traditional Assisted and Independent Living
- 22 studio and shared units in a Memory Care wing for residents with Alzheimer’s Disease and other memory impairments
- Assisted and Independent Living units will include an efficiency kitchen, and residents will have access to community activity spaces, a restaurant-style dining area, computer rooms and a library.
- The Memory Care wing will have separate dining arrangements, a spacious, secure outdoor area for recreation, and activity spaces designated for specialized care and cognitive programming.

IPSWICH, MA – Officials from The Congress Companies and LCB Senior Living, LLC, held a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 to mark the commencement of construction of The Residence at Riverbend, a $13M Assisted Living project at 149 County Road in Ipswich, MA. Located on the site of the former Marguery Restaurant, which was destroyed by fire in 1975, The Residence at Riverbend is scheduled to open in the fall of 2014. Click here to view the press release
